Biography

Oliver Eglin is a British visual artist working with analogue film and photography. His work is characterised by an interest in the intersection between natural and urban spaces. Exploring human presence within an evolving landscape, Eglin considers the imprint of culture on the surrounding environment and the opposing forces of conservation and urban development.

In 2016 he graduated from the MA Photography programme at the Royal College of Art. His work has been exhibited internationally at a number of major institutions including: Tate, Liverpool, The Royal Academy of Arts, London, The Institute of Contemporary Arts, London and Fondazione Giorgio Cini, Venice, Italy.

Oliver Eglin lives and works between London and Powys, UK.
